1 Availability

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by ‘Benolirestaurant Limited’. All orders must be completed by the stated cut off date.

2 Prices

All prices are listed on the website. We reserve the right to revise the price of goods without notice at any time. We have described all goods on the website as accurately as possible. As we deal in food, it is possible actual goods may vary slightly, in style and taste although we will endeavour to keep all items as uniform as possible.

4 Payment

Payment can be made by Credit/Debit cards online. Please contact us if you’re unsure.

5 Collection

All orders are collection only from ‘Benoli restaurant, 5, Orford Street, Norwich, N213le. We do not supply a delivery service. We can not accept any liability for loss or damage to goods once they have been collected. Once collected the recipient is responsible for the product and are held at your own risk. Collection times are set in time slots and are only available for collection in these time slots.

6 Ownership

Risk of damage to or loss of goods passes to you at the time of collection, or if you fail to collect at the agreed time. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully collected and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale unless otherwise agreed (I.e. charity event)

7 Cancellation Policy – Edibles

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you do not have the legal right to cancel orders of made-to-order items, which includes ALL of our edible goods. However, we will always try our best to amend orders at short notice please contact us for details. If we do agree to refund your purchase, receipt/proof of purchase must be shown in order to gain a full refund.
